I've read that whole thing before.  yet I still posted the link.  In the context of Ann's point, I seriously doubt she was talking about a few peacekeeping troops tossed in as things were coming to an end.

Had Coulter been commenting during the war, she would have been calling them out for not committing combat troops.  I think it's pretty clear she assumed they had.
