In all my years within professional bodybuilders, I have yet to see an IFBB pro who can stay off the drugs for well over 6 months and remain in the 250+ range well below 10% bodyfat.

You could certainly weigh over 250 pounds, but to claim 7-8% bodyfat while on no drugs for well over 3 years is bull and you know it John.  You are essentially claiming that you presently have well over 230 pounds of muscle and that's just nonsense and you know it.

Come on John, be honest with yourself and everyone here, you can fool local kids at your gym, but some of us have been in this game for well over 15-20 years, stop it...

Since everyone lies about what drugs they are on and they are all addicts, how on earth would gh15 truely know what is possible totally clean for a period of time

You can be an annoying poster at times, but this is a nice response. As GH15 often tries to drive home in his posts, many....MANY...people seem way deluded when it comes to bodyfat levels. There aren't a whole bunch of men who try to carry much muscle at all under 10%.....drugs or not.

I know getitonNY made good gains on  just a few IUs of HGH. hell he would be crazy huge if he used 10 iu's a day.  GH15= bullshit. its just special ed you can tell by the writing style. he comes on here with all his gimmicks and has coversations with himself-lol

 This is true. I used to live near a Tongon community and some of those guys were just natural freaks. Sometimes people do just have insane genetics.

The bodybuilders with the best genetics in the world don't hold that weight "clean". Who the fuck are you to weigh that much and be totally steroid free? Oh wait you own a supplement company. That explains it all!



BTW, weren't you the one trying to be friends with GH15 a few weeks ago, by trying to agree with him about Lee Priest being a POS for lying about the amounts of hormones he takes? bodybuiklders never go off,,they go lowe doses sometime,,or due to money problem go clean for a month but bodybuilder persay neveer go off,,last i known getny was and is a bodybuilder,,unless he just became a supp company owener which both know he is a bodybuilder first and formost,,wether compete or not bodybuilder is always bodybuilder,,period,,

unless he loses his kidnys but hey it didnt detract don long,,and ken is still spouting 19 inch oily arms,,so to each their own but bodyhbuilder is always bodybuilder,,

I've seen some pretty impressive Maori guys over here but none with the bf % to muscle ratio that gh15 has told us about , sure there proberly are some genetic mutants out there that do break that mold but the majority of us do sit within those numbers he says.

Oh and on that if you are refering to maori atletes like in the all blacks or 7s teams , they are enhanced , i know this as a former AB told me how they pass the tests and no im not going into names on here.
