I post from a blackberry often.  Trial lasted about 2 hours.  Involved a contractor dispute over backcharges, unauthorized work, theft, etc.

I think I won.  Judge said I will have a decision in a few weeks. 

do you bill your clients for the time you're posting on GB?

I can understand posting while at the office and bored silly.  I do that all the time.  I can understand posting from home. Which I do sometimes, but not a whole lot.

But posting from a phone while out of the house or office?  If that isn't a pathetic cry for attention and an addiction to an internet board to post nonstop whinings, then I don't know what is.

Exactly.  Same here.  But do you post on it when you *gasp* actually leave the house and PC behind?  Can you live without posting on the internet until you return home or to the office?  Or do you simply MUST continue the whinings and crying via phone while on the subway or bus? 

Most people, well actually.... ALL of the people I know, don't do it.

Real Life > Internet E-Life.   Except for those people who don't have a real life.

I don't read all the posts to be an expert on that, was this particular case an insult or not? Just a simple question .....with a simple reason for it, if he didn't insult him all the crap that follows is absolutely irrelevant.

Not sure what specific statement you are talking about, but I wasn't referring to any particular statement in this thread.  If you want an example of an "insult" just read any number of his posts, like this one:

The far-left clowns on here are spitting images of their heroes in Washington that were just bitch-slapped by the American public. No.  This was a good long time client who I always end up giving a break.   99% of my work is on a commission basis.
