I love how Sebelius now says "she is concerned" over these rate hikes that are insane when the majority of the public WARNED Obama and these assholes pushing obamacare that this would happen.
Either Obama/Sebelius et al are the dumbest people on the planet, or they just are content to lie as a condition of their daily existence on these issues.
