Best way to do this would be Phoenix in the winter, San Diego in summer, a home in an older metropolitan city (Chicago, New York, Boston etc.) to visit and play, then some place pristine (Canada?) for hunting and outdoor activities. Then you'd need a home in Rimini, Italy to retire and live the good life.

Kinda...my Mom and I share a room in an old people's home in East Chicago, Indiana, but we are saving up for an apartment in Englewood and should be moving once we get our tax refunds.

If I could live anywhere? I'm definitely going to New York in 1880. I don't like NY but I'm going there. I'm working my ass off there until July of 1887 at which point I take a break from my work and book passage to England and set up watch in Whitechapel to see who the fucking hell Jack the Ripper is. It's not what I expected. After that, I'll stop by France for 6 years where I continue my work and research and finally go back to NY for the next 17 years. Then i will vanish from history
