If you're looking for a kick-start to your workouts, I'd definitely recommend this product. It tastes pretty good, too.

The only flaw is that, unless you get it for $7.60, as I did where I train (Bally Total Fitness), it may cost you some vital organs to buy it.

I personally prefer NO Shotgun but Synthesize is designed to be post workout since it is pretty much the NO Shotgun formula without the stimulants.  You can get both pretty cheap so I don't know why you think its priced outside of other NO products

Shotgun is excellent stuff - I would buy it over NO-Xplode if it wasn't so expensive.

I agree...I mean, can you really trust a company like BSN that makes up ingredients and settles for 60 million?

I may give that a try. But, I still have almost a full jar of CytoNOX, which I also got on sale at GNC (2 for $10, which was actually $8 after the Gold Card discount).

SyntheSIZE is supposed to be used during and after your workout. It's not as heavy on the stomach, as other intra-workout drinks are.

Right now, I'm out of SyntheSIZE; so, I'm using MRI's WAR, which I got for $2.

Nope, haven't tried it - isn't that the stuff that Zack Khan promotes?

Yeah. You SHOULD check it out. I just started using it for the first time. Good stuff!

I rank it up there with NOShotgun and Muscle Marinade.

What did you think of WAR?  I guess no matter what you cant laugh at $2.... :)

I'm still using it. It's alright (I like the Grape flavor). I personally think it could use more carbs. But, it is light on the stomach.
