Conditioning and he needs to gain more weight (slowly)---very Flex Wheeler-sque, but as a tall dude he needs to fill out more---I think Phil may get it, or he may be surpassed...

Victor Martinez-esque structure and size, yet looks better than Vic. Future top 5 at the Olympia if he can fill out his frame a little more.

Parker, be real man....He doesn't have Flex Wheeler Esq anything.. Flex was an genetic freak on aesthetics....He has a lot of work to do and he is 33

his shape is very Flex Wheeler-sque, it's in his taper, muscle shape, like Melvin Anthony before him.
I beleive Flex himself noted this in the MD interview (issue with Cedric on the cover). And it has been mentioned on here, and not by me

When did Flex start dominating?....Flex was already dominating at 28 years old...That puts Cedric 5 years behind him and a lot of work to do....

And everybody counted Ronnie Coleman out, and he didn't start winning the O until late...Vince Taylor started at 28...that's bodybuilding he started, but I agree he does have his work cut out for him...
