Your statement show how much ignorant,delusional or lier you are!
Tom Prince is the epitome of modern BB: all drugs since day one in the gym, a man with no natural foundation.
What you see now in the picture is man who castrated himself chemically and destroyed his kidney with abuse of BB drugs.
He just returned to the natural bodyweight nature predisposed minus a normal test production for a man of is age.
If he had healty liver he would still look like 169 lb. twink because the natural test production is 0 after all the abuse.
It is sad what happened to Prince but this tell you what BB drugs can do for you: make you look like a hercules when you are on and regress to a eunuch when you stop taking them.
This is a reminder that steroids are a little bit more than the finishing touch sameone in this board alluded previously and this supposed genetic muscular freaks are in reality only druggie muscular freaks!

ppl are only kidding themselvs for as long as they're on,,, if u didnt do ur "homework" it will show up one day whn the drugs r stoppd... imagine guys back in the day were actually like real men that lifted weights and traind for years to get muscle nowadays evrybody wants it tmrw and they use the only pseudo power they have,,, money, its easir to buy a muscle car then it is to add it to your souls vehicle,ie your body,lol, gym rat club guys like that will nvr be champions, som mite get lucky if they genetic superior but at least guys like ronnie,dorian,arnold and all the gldn age guys actually cared about training.

F@ckin eh bro I feel the same way. Thats the main reason I dont really have any respect for most of the IFBB pros. 99% of them are all drugs with no real natural foundation, and dont even really enjoy training. The old school way is proper- Get to your natural potential, then do the drugs. People are so impatient these days they slam the drugs hard right from day 1, and i have no sympathy for them when they shrink down to fuck all lol.

FYI, MAX-OT isn't such a bad training system for a natty actually, but it still has too much volume, not to mention THE FACT, that isolation exercises are basically useless

Any concentration movement for the arms obviously curls, dumbbell extensions ect. I think its good to keep at least one iso movement for each body part, but compound lifts should make up at least 75% of your routine. Anything more is just wasted effort. Remember thats keeping in mind your trying to gain size, and not a temporary beach body. But whadu I know.
