Of course!    He is the one that made the dirty deals in the WH with the carriers for the mandates, the refusal to negotiate prices on drug wih the drug companies, etc.   

This mess is solely on obama and pelosi/reid.

That is because Obama and the carriers got together and fucked us equally.   

Obama got to put his name to a bill and say more people are covered.   

The carriers got mandates on people with ZERO cost control and free reign to jack up rates as much as they want with no oversight.

Of course it is a disaster, all it is doing is building on the fucked up mess previous administrations created. I still don't understand how anyone beside the federal government and the insurance companies thought the HMO ACT of 1973 was a good idea.
