Hi guys
I went ice skating the other day-hadnt gone since i was a kid
It was very painful...the skates felt like they were digging into my calves...the pain was too much after a few hours and when i took them off i had scrapes on the side of my legs...
what happened?
but i did notice my calves got a great workout and are real sore.
