Try Esic Kleen from Lyon Protein Source. You can order one bottle for cheap and try it. To get a non lumpy Pro look the oil is pinned with regular 23-25 G needles, not slin pins.

We have never been able to discuss this topic.because DIVISION would always delete it but I am curious bout it but all I see is the.disasters of it..... is there any success stories on it  and how is it used ? Does it make the muscles grow or just expands them and make them squishy

the only experience with them i have is of a friend...hia tri had a odd shape where it connected with his elbow on the outside of his arm due to a motorcycle wreck....so he asked me to help him with the process....it looked great afterwards...couldnt tell it was oil...

the same guy would also do synthol in lagging bodyparts once a year just to stretch the facia...he used syntherol..

is there any way you could get a picture of it........ and the stretching part is what im interested in.... i was told that i should do some kind of deep tissue massage to help stretch the facia because i explained that my muscles get very tight very easily and are hard to expand them.... ARMS

i read a post on a brit board about it, for a form of oil that didnt need a large guage needle to put in, i still dont think i could stomach daily shots into an already sore arm tho, but the theory of doing this is sound, as its the stretching of the facia thats the end result of it all, ive never managed to get my arms over 19", even at a high bodyweight.. it does tempt you

Most SEO does not require a large guage needle. It can be done with slin pins. The point is that to do it properly is with a 1" to 1.5" needle and push it in deep in the muscle. This reduces lumps which need to be massaged out. You put it in deep before training that body part so the fascia can be stretched. The fascia is what limits the size a muscle can get and by stretching it past it's genetic limit you can add some size (yes it's kinda painful). The trick is to not get greedy and overdue it. We have all seen the vids and photos of the idiots that abuse it.

its a huge part of the sport, u never see top amatures or pros with small arms these days, as you did in the 80's...

its obviously dangerous with potential to make a mess of you, i do beleive its the only way to get past a sticking point tho, if youve trained 15yr and youve had the same size more or less in a certain bodypart its the only way to get past that

There is a new water based one that's been out for a while. Patrick Arnold is doing some research on it rate now and it may have potential.

got no friends me... was off me holls, around 250 ish...

ive never heard of the water based version, have to look into that too....

ive read a few different method of using the stuff too, some tend to contradict each other, as some say to space the shots evenly throughout the muscle, the others swear blind to put it right into the meat, deep in the sweet spot

Yep and I've used both. Slin pin shots in each head of a muscle group or just putting a few CC's deep. Both work well but I prefer the full size pin and putting it deep. Slin pins become a pain to work with. Bunch of little shots and it's a bitch pushing SEO through a slin pin at times. Depending on where your putting it it can get tough to reach. Thank god my wife is a nurse.

Looking good.

I've never done seo's because i'm a pussy and there's so many horror stories, Milos, Titus etc. I have heard of guys adding Lidocaine to their Synthol shots to be able to do the shots day after day, for 28 days straight... I think you could get away with eod. Thankfully i have good sized arms, too bad their mostly/all tri's...

Used a gear and SEO premix from a european lab last year.  Was a mix of something like 30mg/ml prop, collagen and MCT/LCT oil.

Ok results but not as effective as synthol would be.

Doesn't hurt at all except the constant pinning in the same general area. The pain is when it starts to stretch the fascia. Fixed my calves and there was a period it was tough to walk from my bed to the toilet in the middle of the night. You start with 1cc per head (inner/outter) and work up. I'll find the whole protocol and post it. I have it somewhere using the slin pins and multi head theory. Now I hardly ever use it but when I feel something needs to be brought up I'll pin that area 2x a week rate before pumping the hell outta it.

I was told not to mix my SEO with gear because it could possibly screw up the time release of whatever product you might be using. I have no idea if a SEO could bond with the Test ester so I never tried. Some guys buy MCT oil and get 1% BA (I believe) and make their own for cheap. If I find that recipe I'll post it also. Never had the balls to try it though.

Is it the same as injecting sterile oil the you would use to make your own gear
