If that was England that little fucker wouldn't go to prison he would have been put in a protection scheme changed identity free house etc for life

Um, no. There were 3 boys - two 12 year olds, one of whom (Paul Gingerich) shot the stepfather of the 15 year old (who was also one of the shooters).

The boy referred to in the clip above is the other 12 year old, who just stood outside and was an accomplice. Paul Gingerich is still going to adult prison (for now) and his parents are obviously different people, as you can see from the first clip.

Those two boys who killed that toddler beating him to death with stones
James buglar case I think it was... Are now adults free house protection set for life this country is a joke
God bless America for having common sense and some sense of justice ....

Sweden's pretty nice, too. Like the neo-Nazi who murdered a guy in cold blood, did less than 4 years in prison and then had the government pay for his medical school tuition. They sure taught him a lesson!

Fukin spot on mate, i live in Uk and the system absolutely sucks.Its a joke.I luv watching American real life police shit and hearing the sentences dished out to murderers etc. People here get away with anything or get a measly 15 years but get out in 7 :S fukin joke

Im guessing that as Gingerich's dad walked out of the courthouse he realized that he had failed his son in many ways. So he threw out the "if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all" quote. But seriously, the guy must have been a weak father figure if his son got himself talked into a murder (Talked into it by a 6th grader).

these kids should be put down, like a bad dog.  I swear, it's not the kids fault, it is the parents, but why should I, as a good citizen have to walk around dealing with this shit?  I swear, they should bring back public executions, maybe then people would keep in line.  Also, his parents should be sterilized.  BTW, HTexan, great avatar!
