34 td's to 4 int's throwing to rookies and average wr's. Imo, his best year ever (2007 was crazy, but this  year is more impressive, because they completely changed their offensive direction and ran the ball a lot.) Infact, BJGE was the first pats rusher since Corey Dillon to go over 1000 yards.

When it's all is said and done, he will the best ever, imo. I feel both Manning and Brady will be 1a - 1b. Manning being 9/10 in the playoffs will hurt him.

The crazy part? He's been sacked 10 more times than Payton Manning, this year.

Tough to argue against that.

He's already one of the best ever, but everyone is chasing Montana.  Elway, Favre, Aikman, Manning, and others are in the conversation too.

He's also a 6th round draft choice and it's amazing that so many teams slept on him on draft day. Wasn't Montana a late round draft chpice? 3rd rounder out of Notre Dame?

Must have been has 5.3 sec 40 yard dash at the combine that these expert pro scouts didn't like  ::)

How many bowls does Brady have?

Three as well as two superbowl mvp's. Another notable record Brady holds is the best single season for any qb ever. He threw 52 td's to 8 int's in 2007.

Currently, Joe Montana is thought of as the best ever. Brady will likely overtake him when it's all said and done.

No question Brady is one of the greatest of all-time.  I just have a hard time claiming one over the other in different eras.  Passing numbers are bloated big time since they took out so much of the db's ability to make contact, etc...  some of you young whipper-snappers go back and watch Lester Hayes, etc... mugging WR's up and down the field.... much easier to get big passing numbers in todays NFL, even with the bigger/faster defenders.  But with winning in the playoffs and SB's being the standard for QB's, there is no denying Brady.

i think it was Marino Kelly or Elway that said they would throw for 5000 yards in todays nfl.. i beleive them. 1 the DBs cant breathe on WRS. and the Strategies are all about passing.. Remember running the ball was the norm and a team coming out flinging it all over the place was rare.. now there are about 5 teams that run the ball while the rest do a shit load of passing.. ill tell you how the game changed. 15 years ago you would never see a qb in shotgun empty on the 3 yardline..

All 100% correct.  Throwing for 3000 yds used to be for only the elite QB's and now its basically expected from every starting QB in the NFL.  Can you imagine the prima-donna WR's of today playing in the 70's or 80's?  haha, they would be crying constantly.

I watched a show on Sonny Jurgenson one day.....guy had a little pot-belly but man oh man could he deliver the ball with touch.....with a shitty football that was probably not even balance and who knows how much air in it half the time and he was putting the ball in some incredible spots.....awesome to watch.

Plus he liked to party and chase the women folk pretty hard....
