A little story about David, he trained with Mentzer back in the mid 90s, and he did the leg extensions supersetted with the duo squat, and on both exercises he used the entire weight stack. Anyway, with the leg extension his reps increased from 18 to 33 reps, and his reps in the duo squat went from 38 to 70 reps within the period of 2 weeks! FVCK!

I use to talk to david and peter all the time at the gym, i use to spot peter on lifts................dav id has big frame, weighed 240 or 260 in dc cab look way biggr. overall good guys, although one friend of mine, kenny metal rock guy who use to run with dave and peter wrote them a song, they took it, and then beat kenny up, and david hit him with a dumbell in the head outside golds.........overall good guys tho.
