date only a ripped guy NO. Pudgy, I have but not my preference. As long as the dude is funny and intelligent then that's the starting point. Obviously, physical attraction has to be there. My ideal is at least 6ft and 230 plus but that's not written in stone.

7 weeks out from the first of 9 big runs this year. Right now I'm in full endurance training mode. Like I said for me to run 6 min mile is 9.4 mph on the treadmill and I can keep that up for 90 seconds.
