must be pretty easy since I am not a bodybuilder, not even the average gym rat, and totally clean.

Im sure each 9 out of 10 getbigger could do it

nice try but I am 6'1 with a waist/shoulder ratio even more insane than my calf/ankle ratio. And dont even get me started with my forearm/wrist ratio
