Are (some) people inherently bad? Hmmm...that is the question. I think that most people are instinctively good. However, societies expectations automatically create bad behavior resulting in the true feelings of guilt and regret.

Humans are lazy if they there is no reward.  Give them a reward or incentive (varies) and the behavior changes.  Depending on the reward and how important it is to the person, that dictates how they'll react...

I guess there needs to be a better definition of "bad". Most people in prison for 20+ years are bad IMO...use that and your knowledge of the American penile system.
