for a bodybuilder there isnt...bodybuilder dont train hard enough to overtrain...
what you are experiencing is your body trying to adapt to work...its a shock to your CNS, but nothing else....you will likely never experience overtraining.....if olympic atheletes rarely hit the wall and overtrain, a bodybuilder damn sure never will...especially with all the drugs used for recovery...
bench
olympic athletes? you mean paid professionals who work with paid strength coaches who are professionals as well
when it comes to training - overtraining is possible and its one of the first things you learn as a strength and conditioning specialists when designing SPORT SPECEFIC routines ---- if an athlete is paid professional is any organization cept ifb.b then they are working with strength and conditioning specials, trainers, docters....cortizone shots, blood tests, VO2max, cardic output EKGs, bone density scans, they havce access to all so overtraining is possible but is minimalized once your at a level and know your body
but yes a 16yr old or 29yr old chump on bottle of testasterona can overtrain
case in point
Lactic acidosis is a physiological condition characterized by low pH in body tissues and blood (acidosis) accompanied by the buildup of lactate especially D-lactate, and is considered a distinct form of metabolic acidosis.[1] The condition typically occurs when cells receive too little oxygen (hypoxia), for example during vigorous exercise. In this situation, impaired cellular respiration leads to lower pH levels. Simultaneously, cells are forced to metabolize glucose anaerobically, which leads to lactate formation. Therefore, elevated lactate is indicative of tissue hypoxia, hypoperfusion, and possible damage
