How do you know Mike Huckabee is a serious contender for the Republican nomination in 2012? In addition to his continued strong showing in various way-way-way early polls, Huckabee's now got a PAC railing against him. Americans for New Leadership, which played hard in Nevada against Harry Reid last year, now brings us "Huckabee Is Not a Tea Party Candidate." In which "Jessica" tells us:
Huckabee has the same problems that John McCain and any other RINO face as they claim to be new blood and a fresh face for the GOP, and feed us lines about being "true conservatives." Give me a break. The bottom line is, Huckabee is not marketable, and has no chance against the Obama machine. We need a really viable candidate.
Looks to me like they've got one. Americans for Liberty, now living at Liberty.com, is the same group that misspelled Sharron Angle's name in July.
