Easily 25% body fat.  If he weighs 225 he's carrying  at least 56 pounds of visceral and subcataneous fat. 

The only accurate way of testing body fat is underwater weighing.  Those electronic testors on scales are offen way off for lean guys. I've seen guys with sunken faces and paper thin skin test over 20% with those things.  Fat calipers give a ball park for many.

  Sometimes I think the best way for to see changes in bodyfat is the waist measurement and the mirror.  To bad so many guys are delusional when they look in the mirror.
