puts more oxygen in the system than anything else

need atleast 20 ounces of water per 30 grams of carbs from any source is a good rule

keep the fats to only nut and seed sources

im afraid the pizzas and pies are what got keith. i remember a few weeks ago my heart rate was skipping and fluttering all over the place it had me really scared, even though i wasnt really fat i had been eating pies and dougnuts everyday. processed sugar+fat =heart attack

Being a hypocondriac and worrying too much about your health is not good at all.

That's why I got my skull tattoo. To remind myself that i'm gonna die and I shouldn't be afraid of it.

Better to just enjoy life and try to keep somewhat healthy rather than worry about everything.

i enjoy knowing that certain ways of eating cut out my heart problems considerably

i also enjoy knowing this that it WILL positively help someone else if they do have a condition like mine that seems to be aggravated with "bad" eating

some type of inflamation of the heart, only noticeable if i eat bad

if i eat healthy maybe for a split second my lung feel like it stop taking in air just for a split second, like the neurons are misfire

I doubt it's serious unless a doctor actually diagnosed you with a disorder.

i genuinely want to help you guys by your post history i can tell your life is full of failures, with the need to brag about monetary items, balding, high blood pressure, never post pics, life has to suck

this is why i help for free in my free time. i know nothing else to do with my free time in order to improve my "karma" status wich is even real or not i dont know. but i see quality of life for many here worse than i would want to imagine on anyone, I feel many are going through hell daily by the anger in your posts and need to slander and hate your fellow man.
