Good thread. I'm really sad about this. Keith was a good friend. He was a good man. Good father and grandfather.
I remember going into his supplement shop years ago (one of his numerous ventures) and he had the mother of all walls of fame. Pictures with all sorts of movie stars, pro athletes, etc. That guy really had some tremendous experiences.
He introduced me to Jeff Everson once and I told him I would never forget that I shook the hand of the man who slept with Cory Everson.
He was always a pleasure to be around. I didn't care for some of his humor on the board, which could get a little raunchy, but he was still the man. I'll miss him.
