In 1998, there were some impressive pics of Francois 6 weeks out from the 98 ASC. He was huge and ripped. He clearly was trying to wipe out Nasser and Flex to regain his title. But the next thing everyone hears is 1) he wont be competing at the Arnold 2) he nearly died and his career is over.

Just like that. Done.

Francois was never ripped at 285, he was his best at 245-255, when he won the 1995 Arnold over Flex. When Flex won the 1997 Arnold at 224, Francois was still gettig bigger at around 260ish, he had a monster wide back with far better detail than Cutler could dream of.

Wrong. There was a training pictorial of Francois back in FLEX in 1996 where Francois was 290 lbs with a visible christmas-tree. He competed at 250 lbs because he went for lines and conditioning, which IMO was a mistake: he lost fullness and gained little in terms of added definition and density. Francois should have competed around 270 lbs.

Wrong again, post the pic of him at 290 with visible X-mas tree, and Francois didn't compete at 250 due to lines, because he was a blocky mofo, even Lee Haney said this when Francois won the 1995 Arnold. Haney said that Flex should have won because his lines, and that Francois was too blocky.

I remember a training article on Francois where he was talking about his PLing background, and the famous leg press pic. There is a black and white pic of him doing a lat spread, but no where does it say he was 290. I think you came up with that weight.

Francois added weight little by little, since he won the 94 NOC, the 90s was about quality and conditioning, him at 270 would have looked terrible, due to his blockiness. And he was already being surpassed by Flex (224) and Ronnie.

Haney never said he was to blocky , said he was to ' lumpy ' and the last thing Francios was , was blocky he had a great taper

It was blocky or lumpy, I remember the quote. Flex had Haney's face, and a pic of Flex and Francois in a FDB pose, Flex had the shape, but I think Francois was drier and harder---it could have gone either way. Francois at that time is light yrs ahead of Jay Cutler now...but, had Francois gone into seminary---would he have gotten sick?

It was the FDB, it was pictured in Hard Times, and it shows both Flex and Francois together, in a staggered way---due to the angle of the shot.

Dennis had a hot wife-who promptly left his ass when he got sick, add that to former stripper Don Long, who had a hot wife, that left him after his renal failure...

Pics? fucking pathetic btw. but I guess the old adage is true, can't turn a ho into a housewife..

Im gonna have to go look thru all my old Mags..there is a pic of him and her together, I think he is wearing a bandana over his head, due to loss of hair. They are sitting on a park bench, she is in a "wrap" type dark color--reddish shirt, she is a brunette, pretty face, nice body, abd I think that there is a dog on a leash in the pic as well. It was, again, in Flex mag's Hard Times column.

Is Shawn on a ladder? ;) ;D I am not even that tall.

As for "Bay approved", all that's required for that is for it to have a dick and an asshole for sale.  Gross.
