lol why do all natural guys have to say 'im a lifetime natural'. isnt that kind of redundant? whats the opposite, a natural who tried steroids once?

and secondly, why are naturals so quick to make sure they are natural? its the first thing they say. its almost like a defense mechanism for looking small.

Well, the answer to your first question, is that a natural who has once used gear can't claim to be a lifetime natural anymore, so they usually say they are "clean" drug-free at the moment. And as far as the second question goes, yeah you make a pretty good point, and yes I will admit that in my own case it is a defensive move, but I can only speak for myself.

In dat pic, I'm 159 at 19%. I was eating da kit kats and dat otha stuff that Fatpanda said. I've been training da same way for two weeks now, thanks to all dat advice I got starting fiddy five threads a day fur 3 weeks. It's aight tho, dat hoe left me for some bodybuilda boi who was eating all dat chicken and rice. I tink he was 240 at 12%.
