The shocked look on Mike Matarazzo's face says it all. Dorian Yates was the clear winner obviously.

Judges are clearly blind...shawnies only flaw was/is being short...dude has the best taper of all three, best back detail, best wheels, way better arms than dorian, ok calves for a black brotha...this and 94 were clearly his years...

Best back detail and best wheels? I think you may need better glasses. Ray was not only short but he was also less conditioned and less developed than the Shadow.

Take a close look at the utter shock look on Matarazzo's face. His eyes are fixed on the Shadow and he's saying in his head: "Holy fuck, what the fuck can us guys do to bring this title back to the good ol' USA"? LOL

Thats one pose and when you're out muscled by close to 60lbs by a more striated and denser competition, chances are, you're not going to surpass that.

FACT:
Even though Ronnie Coleman was smooth compared
to his 1996 Olympia condition,
Peter McGough said that Ronnie @ the (1997 Olympia) had the best
back double bicep pose in the whole contest.
In that picture Shawn is clearly the best but live and in person
it was probably a different story.
