Can't see the picture but I'm guessing it's a COC#3... pretty much anyone can do it(excluding females) if they put their mind to it and work hard for it. Takes a while though to achieve that sort of strength. I came within less than a quarter of an inch of closing it last summer, but unfortunately I haven't been working on it since then.
