dude...eat ramoon noodles mixed with a can of tuna & a 6 pack of bushlight tall boys a day...thats like 6 bucks total in everything...life is simple...

I have a friend who lives in probably the nicest house in town, has plenty o cash and she's on anti-depressants. Looks can be deceiving.

sodium in that packet is 1,800......sodium in a tea spoon of red hot is 200 and Tabasco is even less I believe.....I enjoy a bag of ramon with a can of tuna 47 grams carbs 40 grams protein with around 600 sodium...please... fault that meal with those stats as a bodybuilding friendly food...

when you have high bp (hypertension), ramon noodles are off the list, red hot is def off the list and so is tabasco sauce...600 is a big number, very big...
