really?...i find it near impossible to prepare a meal with those stats in regard to protien/carb ratio and not have 500-600 sodium by time ur done....in fact I would go as far to say if u cant consume hotsauce u should kill ur self...
Baked or grilled chicken, baked potatoes, greens or broccoli or salad, with light dressing, or no salad. Tuna in the can wth hot salsa. There are ways...but, 500-600 hell no...
