i dont remember exactly,but he trained and dieted different than everyone else at the time,something like 32 sets per bodypart,smoked cigs constantly and drank johny walker.

would blend up liver and drink it, i think crownshep will know about Johnny

Johnny had a thick and dense physique, had he not suffered a bad pec injury he would have done even better as a pro, even with the injury was top 10 in the olympia a few times, top 5 in many grand prix

No he didnt, was always placing around 5th or 6th in a lot of the GP contests, held his own against the top guys of the day

Fuller had a very Dence Physique in his Prime his Quads and calves were Exceptional for the era, in 1980 he looked Fantastic in winning the MR Universe died of cancer @ 63.

IIRC Johnny Fuller claimed to have run a marathon in 3 hours once. HuhHuhHuhHuhHuh

Not sure if that was true, but I remember reading that somewhere.
