i'd say xfactor is about 225 or so? but what i find peculiar is that he is a lot bigger irl than in the pics he posts. he doesnt have that soft muscle a lot of guy today carry who rely on big dosage, so what hes built has been thru a lot of hard work. very dense- you can tell he's been training a long time. not that puffy muscle everyone today seems to have. good genetics. but- could be walking around at 250 as lean as he is now if he chose to. he has the genetics for it.

you'd never have a clue if you met him. not cause its made up, because he doesnt flash- he doesnt pull out a roll of money at the club. nothing you would ever see about the guy would say he's got money. except his watch. i never asked him about it, and he never once showed it to me but its easily worth the downstroke i put on my first house.

As gh15 says Alex has a better structure than coach but he has been fat for far to long , his body is accustomed to being soft and podgy - even if he could get down to 6% and 180pd I think his muscle mass would still have a soft look to it as opposed to a hard grainy look.
