I went from a baby perma bulker to decent shape.....but I only had 20-25lbs to lose.

Honestly FatAlex has to lose 50 pounds BEFORE he even has a clue how much more he'll need to lose to get into decent contest shape.
And we all know there is NO WAY that is ever going to happen.
