Well, I guess it's a sign of my age, but I watched a bit of this last night with the wife between lurking on getbig and being pissed the Ravens are out of the playoffs, but did anyone see this guy? This dude ripped on everyone, it was great, then the stars revolted and were giving him shit whenever they came up to get their awards. Nobody was off limits. This morning, everybody is on the news bashing this dude, saying he was a dick and what not. Anyway, this dude owned everyone, just wondering if anyone else caught a bit of it. Oh, Mark Walberg works out(bodybuilding related).

I don't know what the yanks are complaining about - they know what he's like and what he's capable of - so why book him if they're then going to moan like fuck about it afterwards? It got massive viewing figures and has made NBC a lot of money so my instincts are they'll book him again next year.

I didn't really like the office too much back in the day, but his podcast is funny. Haven't seen him in anything else really.

Ricky Gervais sense of humor is awesome. The original "The Office", not the piece of shit the NBC little "clique" wants to shove down our throats was hillarious...

i just watched that aids episode, that is close to the truth as to how doctors actually are. they arent gonna tell you to your face they are scamming you and putting you on meds you dont need or should be on, so they can get reimbursed by the insurance company you use, but they sure as hell laugh about it their friends, as i have heard it in person.

i dont like doctors at all. especially general practice. now maybe a surgeon is worthy and saves lives, but doc in the box fucknuts are pieces of shit.

He hosted last year too and I saw where he was disappointed they invited him back because he felt he hadn't done his job if they thought he was "ok" enough to bring back. The guy is an awesome comedian. The British Office was classic stuff.

I hope they continue in this vein for hosting the Golden Globes - they've always been a poor-man's Oscar ceremony and it's refreshing to see "untouchable" Hollywood stars get roasted like Gervais has done.

His comments had Robert DeNiro crying with laughter,if its ok with Bob,its ok with me.Ricky is a comedy genius,you should see both series of the Extras that he made.
