But groink is worst, obviously x is on something, Groink avoids the direct question of whether or not he's using, post shitty pics where it's impossible to tell, he says he got good genetics, and isn't at low body fats, but lieing by omission is just as bad.

If you guys actually trained hard and dieted hard you'd realize how powerful that is. Remember I train 6-7 days a week and diet pretty much year round with one cheat meal a week. Sometimes 2. Even when I travel I train and watch what I eat. I was in Europe for work a few months back for 2 weeks trained every single day and managed to eat well. Meats and salads. Always consistant.

Errrr what? I made no comparison between you or anybody else. Nobody needs training advice off of you. You already admitted to using where is the debate here? Test and Winny=average results. Natural=better results, i see a problem here. You just have a gear look about you irrespective of your prior admittance, you have like 16 1/2 inch arms buy the look of it, so i wouldn't say it's size or anything, just that look.
