Recovery update
01/18/2011

Hi all! Just want to let you guys know that my recovery from hernia surgery is going very fine.

I am staying away from the gym for 2weeks but I plan to go back to easy training in next week then hit it hard again in February.

Walking with my dog is only exercise I can do now...I miss training so much...!

I mean they eat those things in Madagascar or whatever country he was from  :-X

Hernia is pretty common. It exists widely among couch potatoes also...  YOU FAIL!

Because dog is fuckin' lunch in Madagascar. And lunch is not something you have every day in Madagascar  8)

I remember one of the mexican restaraunts here got shut down cause they slaughter a goat in the prep area

wonder how long people been eating goat burritos --- its prob a delicacy in lower mexico, central america
