Question for computer pros

Let's say I get banned from getbig (ip) ...  can I register a new account with some method of rerouting the ip ? is there such a thing ? Can a site NOT see where I am from ?

Does anyone know a good proxy for europeans? Hulu always finds out that i'm using a proxy, but only after 15 or so minutes... I don't get it...
