Sunday I did the following:
1 Pint of Ben & Jerrys Cinnamon Chocolate Chunk
1 Ice cream pie
1 lb Plain M&M's
Big bowl of costco low fat kettle cook chips
Remainder of the pizza
Double serving of pancakes (with reeses chips) and scarmbled eggs (with low fat cheese) in morning before workout.
10 costco chocolate chip cookies
My sundays are a cheat day....I would get flamed MAJORLY if I said what I did during the week.
