Im not sure what you are talking about with 'owning'?  I havent been to a steelers game there, shittsburgh pennsyltuckey is not a place I would visit for pleasure.  Its a run down pos town.  
I'm sure it is quite 'liveable' though.  I was there quite a few times on business, as we were looking for a cheap place to put a plant that has big city capabilities yet is inexpensive so we could exploit real estate and workforce.
