lol thanks man, second first pic I took yesterday after a huge carb/protein shake (had a great leg workout and didnt want to take the chance of undereating) and my gut was bloated as hell, but I wanted to look like a pig in that shot either way (for a certain keyboard warrior that saw a pic of me in a tshirt and assumed I had no chest) so Im fully relaxed there.

what means most is what you look like... who cares what your "bodyfat percentage" is

even if you convinsed us that you're 5% bodyfat, you would still look like '.....', just saying.

no way this level of bis tris separation and shape is even near the 20% mark, 15% tops, worst case scenario, assuming I am way off in my guesstimate.

i agree. Since even if someone is very overweight, typically the arms aren't going to carry much bf anyway....abdominal region is really the only way to truly tell in men, since thats where we carry most of our bf.

lol nice catch but it wasnt on purpose, and I have zero love handles (I do have a lot of fat around my middle/belly button area though, not that worried because my diet still has more than enough carbs to be considered the bulking type).

I assume it mitigates the fact that they've just posted up a picture of themselves shirtless for all the internet to see. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
