I am about 12% and I have visible abs and my arms are also over 19" I do not look like that at all. Much leaner and more cut.

I am right with you Stav.  His shoulders are slightly rounded off, upper chest has that "shelf look" starting to come in, serratus definition blurry in the pic but you can see it starting to show, and you can see where there is a dip between his ab wall going over to his obliques.  Most of those things if not all will not be present while not posing if over 12-14%.  His chewbacca look, and irish tan aren't helping his cause with the doubters to be certain tho.
