this fella is 13%,,no where near 20 you are nuts,, he is not single digit either,,about 12-13% closer to 13

youw wish what,,you have clear 6 pack visible with litel water in the pooch like a girl on period,,but pretty low amount of water,,you czan se clear lines,,you are at 7-8 % and hold little water,,you are not 9% you are 7-8% ,,very lean ,,very very lean,,,if you had more thickiness and muscle you woudl see it deeper and better,,but you dont haev a lot of size and thickness so its confusing if you dont know what ot look for,,this is almost 6% you are 7-8% ,,

maby in the morning if I haven't drank any water 2 hours before sleep and had a hard training session before it.

7% is close though... but I try to beef up, not trying to lean up too much. But my ac tendon is weird

.. if I can stay healthy and injury free for 4 months from today I think I can fill up a little and look a little better.
