me last monday..

1) bench pressing 140 kg for 3 reps..
2) barbell curling 60 kg for 5 reps..

my bw is 83 kg..

still not close to my best ever but not far too 8)

All the way a strong dude, genetically gifted to able to fire off more neurological impules straight to the muscles.  8) I saw this with a friend I had once he wasnt huge but could do some tremendous weights for his size.

thx my very dear friend and seriously both you and my other friend mr. nobody helped me a lot to return my old lifts when you advised me to decrease my training volume..

as for the pumpkin heads they are exploding more from the ownages you give them every day ;)

Awesome lifts Sherief!  I can't see the videos right now (blocked on my work computer) but the #'s you posted are impressive, I will check it out later at home today before I go to the gym for some extra motivation!

Hands down the strongest natural getbigger lb for lb :)

sure i use both and i like the EZ more but as you know it's better to always change.. on that day i used the EZ on the scott bench..
