Dude, you obviously don't know that much about the American Judicial system-fed, state, local....Chances are the judge whose desk this case lands on will laugh for a few hours and then dismiss it...There are tons of frivolous cases dismissed each day, which is one of the main reasons why "the wheels of Justice move slow".
What the courts should do is if the Judge finds lawsuits to be frivolous grant the defendants full compensation for legal fees, that would stop all that bullshit.... But they won't... because the courts make Tons of fuc king money for the fees to file these frivolous cases
