LOL sorry fact of the matter, if she can prove damages she can get money
say there was a woman who was waiting for a train when another patron was running to catch a train about to leave he got help from a railroad employee to get on the train and while doing so the patron dropped some fireworks which went off and caused a scale to fall on the woman waiting for the train....do you think that woman could sue the rail road and win?
well sir it has happend, b/c it was deemed that the railroad should have forseen the possibilty of that scale falling not neccisarily from that instance but in general...
this is why the security company UNDOUBTEDLY has a policy that prevents them from employees releasing tapes of mall security, BECAUSE it is forseeable that those tapes could cause damage to a person.

if she can prove they broke protocal (honestly even that isnt necissary) and that it resulted in damage to her she will get money
im not saying i agree with it, she is a dumb ass but the tape should have never have been released
