No they are not. Whites are still the majority... Why not make up a new character rather than changing the race of a classic one? You are correct, sir. Hollywood should be ashamed of themselves. Some movies are classics and shouldn't be touched.....plus just how lazy/dumb are the majority of "writers" in Hollywood these days? I read books all the time that would make great screenplays for shows or movies, but these goofs can't seem to come up with anything.....sad.

If I were a white director/producer...Fuck it, I don't have to be white, If I were a producer, to show my dismay, I'd remake some movie and cast a traditional black character as as a white person...This is fucking bullshit. I guess in 20 years they'll be doing all this again with Mexicans.

Here's a few they could do:
1. Blacula- Swede plays the African prince turned vampire..who also from years of not getting sun finds himself white, pasty and bulky.
2. Boyz in the Hood- All white cast playing the parts of inner-city black hoods...T-Bombz appears as the token juiced up, bi-sexual Wigger.
