last saturday i ate a big bowl of fresh blueberries and rasberries, whey and milk, a piece of 85% dark chocolate, and a little coffee
2 hours later i lifted and had the best workout i can remember....tons of aggressive energy where i couldn't get enough of the
lactic pain
some people may say it was the caffeine, but i know it wasn't that because i have used it many times before and got nothing
but shaky workouts
not sure if it was the food combo or not, but i sure think so!
