the diet only works if it can be utilized everydaythat is the problem with chocolate/caffiene/coffee because they stimulate all the energy to be used right then and there, there is no carryover to the next day, the effect is progressivley weakend, the product must be used more and more to a point of diminishing results and ultimate failure ofbest to avoid stimulants all together , and really find/try what foods work for you. good luck

Beans and Rice are a daily meal for me.Fruit Juices are alright.I eat pretty clean as Chicken Breast, Tuna, Egg Whites and some ham. Water to drink.
not to sound cliche but id blame the meat. meat is more difficult to assimilate than any other food it uses up your calcium
