the diet only works if it can be utilized everyday

that is the problem with chocolate/caffiene/coffee because they stimulate all the energy to be used right then and there, there is no carryover to the next day, the effect is progressivley weakend, the product must be used more and more to a point of diminishing results and ultimate failure of


best to avoid stimulants all together , and really find/try what foods work for you. good luck

First of all peanut butter is hardly a healthy food. You want good energy than have MEAT for breakfast. I have been doing the whole egg white bullhit for a while now but meat makes me feel great.

natural peanutbutter with no transfats is very healthy, its nitric oxide content is exceedingly beneficial for cardio vascular blood flow. it has all the right amino acids and only needs wheat in the evening to give you a COMPLETE amino acid profile. by itself is an incomplet protien but thats ok as long as you eat wheat later in the day

I would recommend you increase your intake of black strap molassis, Sea-salt, lemon, brewers yeast, Vitamin c, beer , hydrogen peroxide for fatty acid oxidation..

yes you are definitly not sleeping enough brother. i sleep 8 hours

must be something in your diet?

stimulants like coffe/caffiene could contribute to this waking up too early and such or staying up too late

Sup Falcon!! I agree on the pancakes, I ate them every morning for the last 9 months on the cruiseship..they have different kinds every morning (blueberry, bananna nut, chocolate) can't start my morning without them!

hey big guy i just found that adding carob powder is great add on to a whole wheat flour pancake and agave syrup mmmmm mmm good!

Beans and Rice are a daily meal for me.

Fruit Juices are alright.

I eat pretty clean as Chicken Breast, Tuna, Egg Whites and some ham.  8)

Water to drink.

I'm curious No Patience, is it true that protein requirements go up when one is in a calorie deficet? Also, how does carb intake effect it? For example, are 100 daily carb grams enough for a protein sparing effect?
