My goal for this year is to run 3 miles in under 20min, I`m a long way from that.

I run 20 miles a week.... thats additional to 2 rugby trainings and 3 weight trainings p/w.....

Strength/endurance/speed I would be one of the best on Getbig  8)

Just started back up 2 weeks ago. In highschool I ran the 800 4x800 400 and 4x00 I was really fast in great shape. Running comes natural to me. I hope my endurance comes back quickly! So far it's been rough. I've been doing walk run for 3 miles. Evertime I can go further and further without walking. In couple of weeks Ill start mixing in speed work.

wow that awesome I never got below 1:59. I think If I had some better coaching I would of gone a lot lower. Are coaches didn't help us at all. I ran a pretty good open 400 50 seconds.
