vince wasnt a big believer in steroids so he liked the heavy cream for the cholesterol in it plus it has a lot of cals! so its an ez way to pack on the calories without shoveling a bunch of food down ur throat.

Try i r o n g u r u. com Great info about diet and weight loss ( low carb). Gironda focused on symmetry, not mass. I'm not saying one is better than the other.
