BLOOD? urine? how long do you know b4 test adminstration?

My guess is that there's some kind of policy where you can use drugs via prescription (in organizations where the athletes are obviously on drugs).

I know in fort mack, the testing don't really mean fuck all, for every ten samples they get they may only test one sample. And if you only get tested once a season, your chances of getting caught are pretty low, as long as your going on off and on long enough to be  clean once in a while.
