Look its real simple and I don't have to go through the whole rant here.

When it comes to compare America withe Europe (and I mean the USA since you guys sometimes conveniently forget that you have neighbors - so if you
compare the country USA and Europe (which isn't a country).

America - Bombastic

Europe - Culture

Thats about it - you can change it any way you want, the reason you guys think you HAVE to see Europe is the culture and the rich history which doesn't exist in America.
Well it kinda does but you guys made sure to eradicate all the culture and interesting heritage of the natives living in America before Columbus landed.

I find it odd that you classify Europe as a whole. Obviously you come from the most massive landform (i first typed forum, waaaaaaaa) on earth, so perhaps you've no perspective. God knows, I don't.

Paris is beautiful, that's Europe for you.

...and you went home, thank goodness for that. Did you do a whirlwind package tour or actually properly see London? It's awsome as they say in America. I've lived here a long time now and every day I see something new I've never seen before which is pre-historic.

This little island I live on, the size of Lake Superior or Vancouver Island, has more history and culture than you lot all laid out side by side reaching to China.

Brits invented your language, get with the program !

I've been to London 5 different times, for different lengths of time. Never see all of it. Lived in Germany and was able to travel quite a bit to other parts of europe. And get over yourself.....we kicked your asses and threw you out, so don't get too uppity.

lol, I always thought it might be us (you lot in the awesome US) and them... My England would be in the middle? That was cold war, this is not.

I didn't protest against the new US goes-right-in war in the middle east as it's always been going on, they've a bigger religious history in Israel and Palestine than all of us. And sadly Americans are insular, they've no idea where Somalia is or which God they pray to there.

At the time, I thought Bush and Blair went in well, because Saddam had danced around with his WMD and had when warned moved them to Russia or further south... There was a previous war there near Saudi where they (you lot) didn't win and they had to go back in.

I dislike history and wars, can't keep up, after all: they've not yet given Ireland back to the Catholics...

it'll all be okay, we'll not worry, next war you'll step up and win the world over

Look, today I've realised that there is absolutely no point in discussing this topic and that you've simply posted it to wind people up.

Everyone in the world knows that the USA is great, and that they don't even appreciate their neighbours (I lived in Toronto for a while, then came home), let alone do you bother to recognise or comprehend Europe or the rest of God's gorgeous earth.

You don't need to learn anything, respect others or travel elsewhere because you have it all. The rest of the world feels sorry for you and the way in which you've trashed everything, but understands that you're bigger than everyone else. That's the way the world turns, it's just the way it is. You know very little, because you don't need to.

too true mate... I've a Canadian accent in England and they ask me what part of America am I from?

I'm British but my family emigrated to Toronto to get rich quick and I learned that lingo, it's easy. I came home to the UK.

I also went back twice across that big pond and lived in NYC for a year and then Florida on Daytona Beach for 9 months. I didn't have a green card. Wish I'd made it to LA, I reckon that town was built for the likes of me, but I haven't yet...
